So you have found your way to the store, now all you need to do is choose your items, add them to your cart then checkout!
There are several ways to navigate your way around the store, some of the basics are below & how to place your order!
1. Search & Advanced Search
Using this tool you can search for any keyword or description or even manufacturer, i.e. To find a Welch Allyn Otoscope you could type in Welch Allyn, or Otoscope, or even Oroscope, alternate names.
2. Categories and 3. Manufacturers
The products are all grouped into categories to help you navigate your way around, that way the different types of products are grouped making it easier to compare brands and styles. The products are also listed in their manufacturer groups if you want to limit your browsing to a particular brand.
4. Add products using the Add to Cart button
Choose the Quantity and then Add to cart, if your browsing try the Wish List feature to save products for later review, or to send via email as a hint for what your looking for. (Great at Xmas no socks!)
5. The 1st cart is empty, when you enter the store...
The 2nd cart has an item and the total is $1424.50 including GST but without freight, choose Checkout once your finished shopping.
If your a new customer then please choose Register, fill in all the details that have a red asterisk * beside them. This is the bare essential information we require in order to not only deliver your products promptly, but contact you to ask any questions.
The next screen allows us to choose your shipping and payment method, currently we have a flat rate shipping fee for all areas. We ship all our parcels via Toll Ipec express courier, small parcels are sent via the Priority Express service which is usually overnight to most coastal and city areas. Larger items are sent Road Express which may take up to 5 or 6 days depending on location, city and coastal areas are usually within 2-3 days.

We accept American Express, Mastercard & Visa credit cards, Gift Certificates from our store, Cheques & Direct Deposits. Please note Deposits and cheque orders will be held until funds are cleared.

The final screen is the summary which outlines the products chosen, the shipping method and cost, plus all GST is listed.
Please check all details inclduing shipping address and payment method, if anything is incorrect you can click on the progress indicator at the top to go back to any step.
Enter your payment details at the bottom, for credit cards you must have the card with you as our bank St George require the CVV number from the back of the card (front for American Express) this number is does not appear anywhere else and is a fraud protection device.
Please put any notes or special instructions for the sale in the last box, any helpfull details will allow a smooth and timely delivery. We only use professional couriers so someone must be present to sign for the goods. This helps to prevent lost items.
When you proceed a Tax Invoice will display on your screen, this is an interim invoice and may be printed, however if any changes are made to your order, this invoice may also change. A final paid invoice will be provided with your delivery.
Any notes regarding the processing of your order via Economedical will appear in the customer notes section of your invoice, please check your order history if you have any concerns or receive notification from us via email.
That is how to place an order, it may seem like a lot of instruction, but picture the experience as looking around a store, putting your items in a cart and then going to a counter to fill in a delivery request and making payment. Only this way you dont have to fight the queues!
