Order online with our simple to use checkout system, powered by X-Cart and protected by Comodo, buying cheaply online has never been so simple. PAYMENT METHODS- We accept most major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa or American Express. We also accept direct deposit into our bank account or personal/business/bank cheques, though items will not be shipped until after funds are cleared.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS POLICY- All claims relating to incorrect supply or transport damage are to be made within 7 days from the date item was received, and returned within 14 days of receipt for return claim to be valid. All other claims will be considered on merit. Returns must be approved by our customer service staff before returning (use the contact us link or email direct to sales@economedical.com.au or 02 4325 5505). If approval is not given the return will not be accepted for credit. All returned goods must contain a return number that will be given at time of approval and must be returned in original packaging.

Items must be sent inside another box or suitable packaging to prevent any damage during transit, returned goods with freight stickers or any other damage to the original packaging will be refused credit and returned at the customers expense. Freight costs back to Economedical are the responsibility of the customer. Items that are returned at the customers request may attract a restocking fee of up to 30%.

WARRANTY- All items are sold with manufacturer’s original new product warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects, warranty details are listed on each product page, please keep your original receipt plus any warranty certificates received.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER- Economedical will strive to ensure our prices and stock availability are accurate and up-to-date at all times. To ensure this, all orders will be confirmed as available and at listed price prior to billing and shipping.

GST- GST is not included in the advertised price. Items to which GST does not apply are indicated as “GST Free”

FREIGHT CHARGES – Freight is calculated on a best terms basis, some products may require specialised packing for safety and security. We will calculate the best shipping method available and quote once your order is confirmed. There are two types, standard and express, standard shipping will be used in the case of larger parcels and is the safest method but delivery times may vary. Express items will be sent overnight where possible, and will be via an air bag system.

FOR STARTRACK EXPRESS - YOU OR AN AGENT MUST BE HOME/PRESENT TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY, if not the parcel may be taken back to the couriers warehouse and you may need to go there to pick it up yourself. If you decide to have the parcel re-sent to you then a second freight charge of $10.89 will be charged to you, this will apply to all attempts to deliver if you choose redelivery. Bear in mind that warehouse may be on the other side of the city from you, i.e Penrith delivery being returned to Mascot airport. We are charged for every attempt at delivery and in order to keep our prices the lowest in Australia these charges can no longer be absorbed by us, please choose a suitable delivery address, an office where someone is always present is the perfect solution.

Parcels are not authorised to be left without a signature, if you direct us to leave a parcel when you are not present we will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. We use the courier system to keep track of parcels and to prevent theft and damage, this is your assurance that the items arrive in perfect condition.

Startrack Express does not deliver to Post Office Boxes, please provide a STREET ADDRESS for delivery. Please think carefully before deciding which delivery method will suit you. Australia Post E-Parcels are considered to be secure, tracking is available for these parcels, this is a different service from Express Post or Surface Mail.

IMAGES - The images used on the Economedical website are for the purpose of identifying a product and or its use, some images may contain parts not included with that particular item. We urge you to read the components section of each description which will clearly state the pats supplied for each stock item. Some devices for instance do not include handles pictured to show the use, along with TV screens or other accessories to show how the items function. Please note some items may be supplied in colours that differ from the detailed images, this is usually outside our control, but is detailed in the product description where possible. Please always check prior to ordering if you are concerned.

SECURITY POLICY - At Economedical we take your security and our security very seriously. Every day our server is scanned for vulnerabilities and we receive a report with suggested additions to our security. We are committed to implementing all security updates to ensure your information and shopping experience is as secure as possible. We are also scanned for IPC compliance which ensures we comply with the credit card authority guidelines for secure online payment processing. This may mean that our site is unavailable from time to time while we apply the security directives.
